1.Reaction Engineering
(1)Continuous fixed bed reactor technology :
 2000 t/yr Olefine aldehyde condensation reaction under the condition of temperature 250-300℃ and pressure of 5-10MPa；
(2)Continuous tube reactor technology: 
300 tons/year Ammoniation reaction and hydrogen peroxide oxidation reaction under the condition of temperature 50-200℃ and pressure 1-10 MPa ;
(3)Continuous microflow reactor technology:  
100 tons/year Chlorination reaction under the condition of temperature -10-100℃；
(4)Hastelloy and nickel-lined reactor technology:
1000 tons/year Fluorination reaction under the condition of temperature 150-300℃ and pressure 1-10 MPa ;
(5)Glass-lined, PTFE-lined, 316L stainless and glass reactors:
A variety of classical chemical reactions were carried out under the conditions of temperature -20-300℃ and pressure -0.1-1 MPa . 

2.Separation Engineering
(1)Successful Projects： 2, 5-Dimethyl-2, 4-hexadiene reaction solution separated by Four distillation columns combination；Conjugated linoleic acid produced by Short molecular stills and film evaporators； 2-Chloro-6-trichloromethyl pyridine produced by Nickel structured packed column distillation；1,3, 6-Hexantronitrile （Boiling point about 450℃）produced by Molecular distillation.
(2)Skilled Operation：High vacuum screw vacuum unit；High vacuum claw vacuum unit；Roots screw vacuum unit；Four stage steam vacuum injection system.
(3)Skilled Operation：Automatic semi-automatic centrifuge；Three in one wash drying filter；Vacuum rake dryer；Spray dryer.
(4)Control the temperature range of 60-800℃ by Heat conduction oil, high-pressure steam, far-infrared silicon carbide, resistance and other heating methods； Control the temperature range of -30-0℃ by ammonia chiller, Freon refrigeration, Dry ice frozen.

3.Multi-functional device engineering capability
Acording to the fine chemical “short”, “flat” , “quick” production requirements，we have built many sets of multifunctional pilot plant and production plant.

4.Automatic control capability
We have successfully adopted DCS control and PLC control technology in several continuous and intermittent devices, and saves the operator, safely and steadily improves the product quality and yield. 

5.Process inspection and product quality control capability

In the product quantitative and qualitative impurities have accumulated a plenty of experience. The process of technology development and project implementation can be realized smoothly by means of GC、HPLC、NMR、 Mass spectrography and Elemental analysis.
